A Simple and Healthy Dessert Recipe Carrot Halwa

Ingredients
Carrots - 2 cups
Evaporated Milk - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Nuts - Needed
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Method
Mix the grated carrots and some water, then put in the cooker make it 2 sounds.
After cooking it add sugar and milk into a cooker, Fry well.
Add some ghee when milk is absorbed. Stir well. Then turn off flame.
Heat a pan and add some ghee, then add Nuts fry well.
Transfer the carrot mixture into the pan and make it mix and stir well till get a Halwa consistency.
Now the tasty and healthy dessert recipe carrot halwa is ready to serve.
