Sony RX10 IV Camera with 24fps Continuous Shooting Speed Announced

Sony has announced a new camera in its well-received RX line-up, called the RX10 IV camera.
The newly launched device features a 20.1MP stacked CMOS image sensor with a dedicated DRAM chip, and boasts of a large f/2.4–4 aperture with 25x optical zoom capability and OIS.
A noteworthy feature of the new camera is that it offers shooting speed of up to 24fps in continuous shooting, thanks to the new BIONZ X image processing engine. The device can lock focus in just 0.03 seconds, and is also capable of shooting super slow motion videos at 960fps.
The camera also has a silent electronic shutter capability, that allows users to take shots without generating any sound. The RX10 IV camera has been priced at $1,699 (~Rs. 1,09,000), and will go on sale in select markets including the US next month.
