Make Moong Dal Crisp and enjoy at tea time

Ingredients: Moong Dal, wheat flour, oil, chopped coriander leaves, sesame seeds, ginger-chilli paste, lemon juice, sugar, turmeric powder, salt
How to make:
step 1. First, soak the yellow moong dal for thirty minutes. After 30 minutes soaking it, grind it in the mixer. Now add wheat flour, oil, chopped coriander leaves, a little sesame, ginger pepper paste, lemon juice and a little turmeric powder and salt with little sugar and mix well. the
Step 2 Now after mixing it well, keep it covered with muslin cloth for five minutes. Five minutes later divide the dough into four parts. Now roll one part of it like a bread. After this, cut it in diamond shape with the help of a knife.
Step 3 Now cook the chopped pieces on low flame in oil so that the moong dal crisp gets cooked properly. You cook it until golden turn brown. Once golden brown, take it out in the plate.
Step 4 In the same way, you prepare the rest of the pieces in the oil well. In this way your Moong dal crisps is ready. You can keep it in boxes and eat in breakfast.
