● Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
● Garlic: 2 tablespoons
● Chopped onions: 2 tbsp
● Chopped broccoli: 1/2 cup
● Black pepper: 2 teaspoons
● Red chilli flakes: 2 teaspoons
● Salt to taste
● Eggs scrambled: 4
● Boiled quinoa: 2 cups

Method
● In a pan, heat oil. Add garlic, saute till light brown
● Add onions, saute till light pink
● Add broccoli, saute for two minutes
● Add seasoning
● Add scrambled eggs, saute
● Add quinoa, saute for a few minutes
● Remove from the pan, serve hot
