Serve Veg Soya Kabab with tea in evening

Often people like to eat some light snacks with evening tea. In such a way, to enjoy with tea, make Veg Soya Kabab and here's the recipe:
Ingredients: Soya Granules - 80 grams, Boiled potato - 350 grams, Boiled green peas - 200 gms, Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Green coriander - finely chopped, Bread crumbs - 80 grams, Oil, for frying garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon, ginger 1 teaspoon, green chillies - 1 teaspoon, whole coriander - 1/2 teaspoon, black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Method:
1. To make veg soya kabab, put some soy granules in lightly hot water for a while. When it gets soft, remove the water and drained it well.
2- Now put all the ingredients except a crumbs of bread in a large pot.
3- Now add bread crumbles to it. Now get all these things together and mix well.
4- Now keep the mixture for sometimes and then give the shape of kabab with your hand, now put a stick on all these kabab and suppress them all around.
5- Now brush all these kebabs with the oil.
6- Now put some oil in a pan and put it on the gas, when the oil becomes hot, keep all the kebabs one by one in it. Now cook it on low flame until it turns brown on both sides.
7- Soya veg kabab is ready.
