Let's Know about Cooking method of Veg Kurma at Home
Ingredients
Carrot -2 chopped
Beans - 5-6 chopped
Green Peas - 1 cup
Onion -1
Tomato - 3
Coconut paste - 1/2 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
Water - Needed
Salt - needed
Ginger garlic paste- 1/4 tbsp
Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 2 tbsp
Cooking method
1.Heat a cooker and pour some oil.Then add the paste of tomato and onions.Boil well.
2.Add salt, chilly powder, ginger garlic paste and garam masala.
3.Add chopped carrots and beans.Then add peas and pour some water.
.
4.Add coconut paste and close the cooker lid.Make a 2 sounds in cooker then turn off flame.
Now the tasty and healthy vegetables kurma is ready to eat, Try it and have it for naan, chappati and parotta.
