1. Ingredients for Egg bread Toast Recipe:
Egg - 4
Bread Slices -8
Tomato- 1
Onions - 1
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Milk - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - finely chopped
Turmeric - 1 pinch
Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - according to the taste

Method:
★ Finely chop the onion and tomatoes.
★ Now break the egg into a bowl and stir it. Now add milk, salt, black pepper powder, turmeric, red chili powder, tomatoes, onions, coriander leaves and mix them well.
★ Now add 1/2 teaspoon oil in non stick pan and heat it. Now immerse the a slice of one bread slices into the solution of egg and put them in the pan and keep on pan until they are brown. Bread egg toast is ready.

Cabbage - 1/2 cup
Tomato-1
Capsicum - 1
Green Chillies - 1 T Spoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice
Chaat masala - 1/2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup - 3 tbsp
Tablespoon Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Salt - according to the taste

Method:
★ Cut onion, tomatoes, capsicum, like in thin slices.
★ Now add cabbage, green chili, onion, tomatoes, capsicum, salt, chaat masala, lemon juice in a bowl and mix them well.
★ Now break the egg and put it in a bowl and mix it. Now add salt, turmeric, black pepper powder and mix well.
★ Now add spoon oil to the pan and heat it. Now add some egg mixture to it and spread it all over. Now after cooking a few seconds, keep a chapati above and press lightly. Cook for 1/2 minutes. Cook all the chapati in the same way.
★ Now put a chapatti in a plate put Tomato Ketchup 1 spoon on top of it and spread it. Now this chapati is rolled up, hot kalkata egg rolls are ready.
