First of all, put all the ingredients of the sauce in a vessel and boil well, when the sauce becomes thick, turn off the gas.
To make the roll, first heat the pan on the gas and put chopped onion, ginger, garlic and mushrooms and cook it for two minutes.
After this add capsicum, cabbage, carrot and green chillies in it.
Mix well and then add green coriander, after which add salt and black pepper to taste. The spice is ready to be filled in the roll.

Now boil the leaves of the spinach lightly, now take one leaf of the spinach and fill the spices in it and roll them.
Apply sauce around the oven plate and carrots and bruises on these rolls.
Cook it in a pre-heat oven for five minutes. When they are cooked, serve them hot with sauce.
