Mini Bread Samosa

Ingredients:
for stuffing:
2 tsp ghee
½ tsp jeera
1 inch ginger (finely chopped)
½ cup peas (Matar)
½ tsp coriander seeds (powered)
salt to taste
½ tsp fennel seeds (Saunf)
½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 green chilli (finely chopped)
¼ tsp Garam Masala
½ tsp aamchur powder
2 boiled potatoes, peeled and mashed
2 tbsp coriander leaves
Other ingredients:
7 slices bread (can be white or brown)
2 tbsp maida
2 tbsp water
Oil for deep frying
Method:
At start, prepare the stuffing by heating oil in a pan, add in jeera, ginger and chili and sauté it well.
Then add in peas and sauté them for a minute then add in spices and salt.
After that, add the boiled and mashed potatoes and mix them well with the spices.
Now, add in the fresh coriander leaves and mix well, now place this stuffing aside.
Meanwhile, apply maida paste to half of the bread slice.
Fold and make a cone of the bread slice by pressing gently.
Stuff in a tbsp of prepared stuffing in the cone shaped bread slice.
Now apply maida paste to the edges of the cone.
Fold and securely give the shape of mini samosa.
Then, deep fry the samosa in hot oil.
Fry it on medium flame stirring occasionally till the mini samosa turns golden brown and crispy.
Take them out of oil and place them on kitchen paper, so the extra oil will be swept away.
Serve the Hot and Crispy Mini Samosa with your favorite Chutney.
