Soya Thandai Recipe

Ingredients Of Soya Thandai
3 cups soya milk
1 Tbsp cashewnuts
1 Tbsp almonds
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 Tbsp fennel seeds
5 peppercorns
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
6 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp rose water
Pare off the almonds.
Take a bowl full of water, add almonds in it for about 4 hours.
Blend it in a mixy to form a paste.
Put cold soya milk in the mixture and remove it with the help of cotton fabric. Remove the rest.
Put sugar and rose water in the mixture.
Keep it in a fridge.
Serve it along with ice
