Tasty and Instant, Bread Ka Halwa!

6 bread slices (either white or brown)
3 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp cashew
1/4th cup sugar
1 cup milk
¼ tsp elachi powder
Method:
Start it by trimming the sides of 6 slices of bread and cut it into pieces.
Now take a large kadai, in the kadai heat 3 tbsp ghee and roast 1 tbsp raisins and 1 tbsp cashew and keep them aside after roasting.
Now, add in bread pieces and roast for 2 minutes, roast till the bread slices turn up golden in color and gets crispy.
After that add 1 cup milk and soak all bread pieces in it.
Boil it for 2 minutes and let the bread turns soft.
Now, mash the bread pieces while well stirring continuously.
Meanwhile, cook till the ghee starts to separate from sides.
As you see ghee separating at sides, add in ¼ cup sugar and stir well.
As soon as sugar dissolves cook till a thick consistency is formed.
Now add in the roasted cashews, raisins and ¼ tsp cardamom powder and mix them all well.
Hence your bread ka halwa is ready.
Finally, serve bread halwa hot and have a feast!
