“Egg Sandwich” A Perfect Start To Your Day

There can be nothing more filling than an egg sandwich. a right combination of crabs, greens and protein, this is the best thing to have on a busy day. This easy sandwich will keep you satiated for long and will also bring down your cravings. Pair it with the drink and dip of your choice and you are sorted for the day. Rich in nutrition, egg salad sandwich is also an ideal lunch box recipe for kids. They are sure to love it if you pack this scrumptious dish with French fries.
INGREDIENTS
4 bread slices
1/4 cup cream cheese
salt as required
2 teaspoon ghee
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions
1 handful chopped lettuce loose-leaf
3 egg
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
2 pinches oregano
1 tomato
1 onion
How to make Egg Salad Sandwich
Step 1
Boil the eggs and finely chop them. Mix the eggs, cheese, chilli flakes, oregano and salt in a bowl. Spread this mixture on 2 bread slices.
Step 2
Cut in rounds, tomato and onions. Put these tomato rounds and onions on the egg mixture. Shred the lettuce with your hands and place it on the veggies. Cover with two other slices of bread.
Step 3
Now heat a frying pan on medium flame. Place the sandwiches and apply little ghee around the edges. Cook for 1 minute on each side and remove. You can also use a sandwich maker if you have one.
Step 4
Serve with french fries and the salad of your choice.
